Welcome to Northvexa. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website northvexa.com and the services, digital products, and goods provided by Northern Travel & Exploration. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Northvexa offers guided tours, expedition planning, and customized travel experiences. When you book a service with us, you agree to the following:
- All service details, pricing, and schedules are described on our website or in our direct communications.
- Bookings require full payment at the time of reservation unless otherwise specified.
- Some specialized or last-minute services may be non-refundable due to vendor commitments and logistical arrangements. In such cases, we will clearly state the non-refund policy at booking.
3. Info Products
We provide digital travel guides, custom itineraries, and educational materials. Upon purchase, these items are delivered electronically.
- If you have not accessed or downloaded the digital file, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Once a download link has been used or the file accessed, the purchase is final and not eligible for a refund, as the product has been provided in full.
4. Goods
Northvexa offers branded merchandise and travel accessories. All physical goods are subject to the following return terms:
- You may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must include original packaging and tags.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
5. Refund Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds are processed according to the type of purchase:
- For services that allow refunds, we will issue a reimbursement to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
- Non-refundable services are explicitly noted at the time of booking. These may include special-rate or seasonal offerings where advance commitments prevent cancellation.
- Digital products not yet accessed may be refunded in full upon request within the 7-day window.
- Physical goods accepted for return will be reimbursed after we receive and inspect the items.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or request to reschedule a service as follows:
- Standard services: Requests received at least 14 days before the start date are eligible for rescheduling without penalty or for a refund.
- Peak-season or custom services: Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 30 days in advance. If you cancel within this period, the service is non-refundable due to vendor constraints.
- Rescheduled services: Approved requests can be moved to an alternative date within 12 months of the original booking.
7. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or reschedule a service, please contact us with your booking details. Refund requests are reviewed individually and, if approved, processed within 14 business days. For goods, we will provide instructions on how to return items.
